Terms and Conditions of our Investment Account

Please read in order to continue

1. Account Opening

1.1 The savings account with a fixed rate of 8% interest is offered by Diznabi Capital Ltd and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1.2 The account is available to individuals who meet the our eligibility criteria and complete the account opening process.

    2. Interest Rate and Term

2.1 The savings account offers a fixed interest rate of 6% per annum for a period of 1 year from the account opening date.

2.2 The interest rate is subject to change at the Diznabi Capitals discretion, but once the account is opened, the rate remains fixed for the specified term.

        3. Account Balance

3.1 The account requires a minimum initial deposit of £1,000, as specified by the Diznabi Capital, to open the savings account.

3.2 Withdrawing funds that result in the account balance falling below the minimum threshold could incur penalties or fees.

        3.3 Penalties of this include:

        - Minimum balance fee: A fee when the account balance falls below the specified minimum threshold. This fee is a percentage of the shortfall in the account balance.

        - Account maintenance fee: In addition to or instead of a minimum balance fee, an account maintenance fee may be imposed if the balance falls below the minimum requirement. This fee is typically charged periodically, such as monthly or quarterly.

        - Reduced interest rate: A lower interest rate may be applied to the account if the balance falls below the minimum threshold. This could result in lower interest earnings on the remaining funds in the account.

        - Account closure: In some cases, if the balance consistently remains below the minimum threshold, we may have the right to close the account. This could result in the forfeiture of any accrued interest and the need to open a new account if desired.

3.4 The account holder may deposit additional funds into the account, subject to any maximum balance limits set.

          4. Interest Calculation and Crediting

4.1 The interest on the savings account is calculated based on the daily balance and credited to the account annually or monthly.

              5. Withdrawals and Account Closure

5.1 The account holder may not make any withdrawals or close the account before the completion of the 1-year term, except in cases of exceptional circumstances as determined by the bank.

              5.2 Exceptional circumstances include:

              - Medical emergencies: If the account holder or an immediate family member faces a medical emergency requiring significant financial resources, Diznabi Capital may consider allowing an early withdrawal.

              - Legal obligations: In cases where the account holder is legally required to make a payment or settle a debt, Diznabi Capital may consider allowing an early withdrawal or closure of the account.

              - Unforeseen financial hardship: If the account holder experiences unexpected financial hardship, such as job loss, disability, or natural disasters, Diznabi Capital may consider allowing early access to funds.

              - Death of the account holder: In the event of the account holder's death, Diznabi Capital may allow the account to be closed and the funds to be disbursed to the appropriate beneficiaries or estate.

              - Significant life events: Certain significant life events, such as divorce or relocation, may be considered exceptional circumstances, allowing for early withdrawal or closure of the account.

Proof of such events is required.

5.3 Early withdrawal may result in the forfeiture of interest or imposition of penalties.

              5.4 Imposition of penalties include:

              - An early withdrawal fee: This fee is usually a percentage of the amount being withdrawn.

              - Loss of interest: Withdrawing funds early from a fixed-rate savings account may result in the loss of interest earnings.

              - In certain cases, the bank may have the right to close the savings account if early withdrawals are made. This could result in the forfeiture of any accrued interest and the need to open a new account if desired.

                6. Account Renewal

6.1 At the end of the 1-year term, the savings account will not be automatically renewed.

6.2 The account holder may choose to renew the account for another term, subject to the prevailing interest rates and terms.

                    7. Account Access and Statements:

7.1 The account holder will have access to account statements and transaction history through various channels provided by us, such as online banking or monthly paper statements.

                        8. Account Fees and Charges

8.1 Fees and charges may be imposed in relation to the savings account, such as account maintenance fees, overdraft fees, or fees for additional services. These fees will be disclosed to the account holder.

                            9. Account Closure
